摘要
目的探讨推拿配合中药对急性踝关节扭伤的治疗效果。方法随机选取60例于2015年2月-2018年2月入住江西省乐安县中医院的急性踝关节扭伤患者为研究对象,依照治疗方式分为例数均等的对照组和观察组。对照组患者用常规疗法,予以观察组患者推拿配合中药方案,进行2组疾病治疗效果的对比。结果观察组急性踝关节扭伤的治疗总有效率为96.7%,与对照组(73.3%)相比,数据间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疼痛缓解时间为(6.8±1.2)d,肿胀缓解时间为(7.5±1.8)d,皮肤瘀斑缓解时间为(7.8±0.6)d,相比于对照组,数据间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组并发症发生率间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论推拿配合中药治疗急性踝关节扭伤效果好,安全性高,推广应用价值高。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine on acute ankle sprain.Methods A total of 60 patients with acute ankle sprain admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2018 were randomly selected as the research objects. According to the treatment methods, they were divided into control group and observation group with equal number of cases. The patients in the control group were treated with routine therapy, and the patients in the observation group were treated with massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment for acute ankle sprain in the observation group was 96.7 %. Compared with the control group, there was statistical difference between the data(P<0.05). The pain relief time in the observation group was(6.8 ±1.2) days, the swelling relief time was(7.5 ±1.8) days, and the skin ecchymosis relief time was(7.8 ±0.6) days. There was statistical difference between the data of the observation group and the control group(P <0.05). There were significant differences in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine has good effect,high safety and high application value in the treatment of acute ankle sprain.
