摘要
目的观察补肾活血法配合功能锻炼治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法选取福建中医药大学附属康复医院2017年6月-2018年12月收治的60例膝骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者采用补肾活血法治疗,观察组患者采用补肾活血法配合膝关节功能锻炼治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后膝关节VAS评分、Lysholm评分,观察疼痛、交锁、支持、肿胀、下蹲等症状。结果治疗后,对照组及观察组患者VAS评分均有降低,Lysholm评分均有升高,患者疼痛、肿胀等症状均改善,但观察组患者VAS评分降低更明显,Lysholm评分升高更显著,观察组总有效率96.67%,高于对照组88.33%。结论采用补肾活血法结合膝关节功能锻炼,可明显减轻患者疼痛、肿胀,提高膝关节协调性,提高患者生活能力,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of tonifying kidney and activating blood method combined with functional exercise in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods From June 2017 to December 2018, 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected as subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups: control group and observation group. The patients in the control group were treated with the method of tonifying kidney and activating blood. The observation group was treated by tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation combined with knee joint function exercise. The VAS and Lysholm score of knee joint were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Symptoms such as pain, interlock, support, swelling, squatting, etc. were observed.Results Lysholm scores in the control group and the observation group were all increased, VAS scores were all decreased, and the symptoms of pain and swelling of the patient were improved, but the increase of Lysholm score and VAS score in the observation group were more significant. The effective rate of observation group and the control group was 96.67% and 88.33% respectively.Conclusion The method of tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation combined with functional exercise of knee joint can effectively relieve the pain and swelling of patients, improve the coordination of knee joint and improve the living ability of patients.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice.
