摘要
目的分析西医基础治疗+活血化瘀中药汤剂在脑出血急性期患者中的临床效果。方法选取瑞金市中医院2016年3月-2018年10月收治的56例脑出血急性期患者,根据治疗方法进行分组,观察组(西医基础治疗+活血化瘀中药汤剂,28例)和对照组(西医基础治疗,28例),对比2组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组与对照组的治疗总有效率(89.28%VS60.71%)对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分、Barthel指数均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在西医基础治疗的基础上,给予脑出血急性期患者活血化瘀中药汤剂,可有效提高临床疗效,改善神经功能,强化生活自理能力,值得临床广泛推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of basic treatment of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine decoction for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 56 patients in the acute stage of cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the hospital from March 2016 to October 2018 were selected and divided into groups according to the treatment methods. The observation group(basic treatment of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine decoction for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, n =28) and the control group(basic treatment of western medicine, n =28) were compared with the clinical treatment effects of the two groups. Results The total effective rate(89.28%VS60.71%) was significantly different between the observation group and the control group( P < 0.05). After treatment, the NIHSS score and Barthel index of the observation group were better than those of the control group( P < 0.05). Conclusion On the basis of the basic treatment of western medicine, the administration of traditional Chinese medicine decoction for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage can effectively improve the clinical efficacy, improve neurological function and strengthen the ability of self-care, which is worthy of wide clinical promotion.
