摘要
针对表面出现麻点缺陷的海蓝聚酯建筑用彩涂板,利用扫描电镜、离子束-电子束双束分析设备配合能谱仪对麻点缺陷进行分析,对缺陷产生原因及机理进行研究。结果表明:麻点缺陷主要是由于稀释剂与面漆不匹配,导致面漆消光粉中添加的超细SiO 2固化时分散不均,SiO 2嵌入和蹦落涂层造成。因此,要调节好涂料的配比,保证涂料与稀释剂相匹配,涂料粘度控制适当,保证消光粉固化时分散均匀。
The factors resulting in punctiform defect(also called pocking mark)during the production process of the prepainted steel sheets were analyzed by means of Scaning Electron Microscope(SEM),Energy Disperse Spectroscopy(EDS)and Focused Ion Beam(FIB).The result showed that there was large-grained silica matting powder in the pocking marks,and SiO 2 was related closely with the thinner of polyester top.So it was concluded that the mismatching of polyester top and its thinner led to the pocking mark defect.
