摘要
旋耕刀作为农机耕作的主要触土部件,其常用材料为65Mn或60Si2Mn;磨损是导致其工作失效的主要原因,提高耐磨性是旋耕刀研究的主要目标。综述了在旋耕刀基体上进行表面强化的几种表面处理工艺,如表面堆焊、热喷涂表面处理、表面熔覆涂层和表面化学热处理;电子束、激光、离子束等表面强化和高能离子强化注入等表面改性则是新兴的几种表面强化技术。最后提出应进一步对现有的表面处理工艺进行改进和优化,探索成本更低和自动化水平更高的工艺。
As the main soil touching part of farming machinery,the commonly used materials for rotary blades are 65Mn or 60Si2Mn.The main reason for the failure of rotary blades is wear,and the main research objectives of rotary blades are improving the wear resistance.Several surface treatment techniques and its research status for surface reinforcement on the base of rotary blade were reviewed.Surface surfacing,surface thermal spraying,surface cladding coating and surface chemical heat treatment are several typical surface treatment techniques.Surface reinforcements such as electron beam,laser beam,ion beam and surface modification such as high energy ion reinforcement injection are emerging surface reinforcement techniques.Finally,it was suggested that the existing surface treatment process should be further improved and optimized to explore the process with lower cost and higher automation level.
