摘要
通过分别测试压缩机吸气、排气温度、电子膨胀阀节流前温度、节流后温度以及补气温度等来确定系统压焓图上的各点参数,从而计算补气增焓准二级压缩空气源热泵热水器系统COP值.通过对某厂家的准二级压缩空气源热泵热水器系统进行了测试,将测试结果计算COP值与实测的COP值进行对比分析.结果表明,这种测试方法简单实用,不需进行压力测试,为后续热力学研究打下了良好的基础.
Experimental methods are studied on air source heat pump water heater of two-stage compression with flash tank vapor-injection through testing the five temperature parameters such as the suction temperature of compressor,the outlet temperature of compressor,the temperature before electronic expansion valve,the temperature after electronic expansion valve and the temperature of flash vapor.The five temperature parameters can be used to ascertain the state points of pressure-enthalpy diagram and then the COP value of air source heat pump is calculated.The air source heat pump water heater of two-stage compression with flash tank vapor-injection of a manufacturer is tested by experimental methods and the calculated COP value is compared with the tested COP value.The results demonstrate that the measuring method is simple and practical,and lays a good foundation for the following thermodynamic study.
