摘要
专业体育院校是培养体育专业人才的主阵地,专项课师资质量肩负着培养体育人才特长的重任。本研究采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法,以优势资源共享理念为视角,对我国专业体育院校现有专项课师资配置方式的利弊进行解读,旨在为优化我国专业体育院校专项教师配置提供思路。研究表明:我国体育院校专项课教师配置采用单一教师授课制有其存在的合理性,但随着社会用人单位对体育院校专项人才能力需求的不断提升,传统的教师配置方式已不能迎合专项人才能力培养多元化现实需求,优势资源共享理念下的专项教师有机整合和合理配置改革势在必行。
Professional Physical Education colleges play a main role in training sports talents.The quality of special course teachers shoulder the responsibility of training them.This study uses the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,to interpret the advantages and disadvantages of the existing allocation of special courses teachers in China's professional Physical Education institutions from the perspective of the concept of advantage resource sharing,in order to provide ideas for optimizing the allocation of special courses teachers.The research shows that it is reasonable to adopt the single teacher teaching system in the allocation of special course teachers in physical education colleges.However,with the continuous improvement of social employers'demand for special talents in sports colleges,the traditional allocation of teachers can no longer meet the diversified practical needs of the cultivation of special talents,under the concept of superior resource sharing,it is imperative to reform the organic integration and rational allocation of special teachers.
