摘要
研究人才培养与产业结构吻合度问题,有助于提升职业教育服务社会经济需求的能力。从产教融合度出发,了解福建省157所开设电子商务的院校专业建设情况,调查101家电商企业人才需求,发现目前福建省电子商务职业教育与产业发展的融合度不高。从宏观及微观角度总结成因,通过政府、企业、高校三方协作,以专项人才政策、大数据科学人才预测、高质量孵化基地建设、创新校企合作等方式解决产业发展与人才培养的融合障碍,提高电子商务人才培养的适应性,帮助电商产业转型升级。
Studying the integration of talent training and industrial structure is conductive to enhancing the ability of vocational education to meet social and economic needs.Starting from the integration of industry and education,this paper investigates 157 colleges with E-commerce major and 101 E-commerce enterprises in Fujian Province to find the situation of professional construction and talent demand.The results show that the degree of integration of vocational education and industrial development is far from enough.The causes are then summarized in macro and micro perspectives.Therefore,the government,enterprises and universities should cooperate to resolve the barrier in the integration of talent training and industrial development,improve the adaptability of talent training in E-commerce and facilitate the transformation and upgrading of E-commerce industry through measures such as special talent policy,big data talent forecast,construction of high-quality incubation base,innovation of school-enterprise cooperation,etc.
