民族地区农村教师队伍建设的困境与对策 被引量:3

摘要 民族地区的教师肩负着教书育人的重任,他们的教学水平和教育能力直接关系着整个民族地区的教育教学质量。近年来,民族地区农村学校的硬件设施不断改善,但是学校的软件设施(教师)则是民族地区农村学校教育上的一个“难题”,主要表现为教师队伍老龄化、双语师资力量不足、学科结构失衡、教师培训方式缺乏科学性等。优秀的教师队伍是民族地区农村学校发展的根本保障,可以通过教师补充的多渠道化、“培训—实践—考核”的双语师资循环培训模式、全科教师的培养、加大财政投入力度,实行城乡差异待遇、谋求城乡教师交流互动,推动城乡学校共发展等措施,扩大民族地区农村学校教师队伍的规模,提升教育质量。 Teachers in ethnic minority areas not only shoulder the important task of teaching and educating people,but also their teaching level and educational ability are directly related to the quality of education and teaching in ethnic minority areas.In recent years,the hardware facilities of rural schools in ethnic minority ar⁃eas have been continuously improved,but the software facilities of schools-"teachers"have always been a"dif⁃ficult problem"in the education of rural schools in ethnic minority areas."Difficulties"are mainly manifested in the aging of teachers,the lack of bilingual teachers,the unbalanced discipline structure,and the lack of scien⁃tific training methods for teachers.Excellent teachers are the fundamental guarantee for the development of rural schools in ethnic minority areas.In view of the"difficult problems"existing in the construction of teachers,we can adopt the bilingual teacher cycle training mode of teacher supplement,training,practice and assessment,the training of general practitioners,increasing financial input,implementing the differential treatment between urban and rural areas,and seeking mutual exchanges between teachers in urban and rural areas.To promote the co-development of urban and rural schools in order to improve the quantity and quality of teachers in rural schools in ethnic minority areas.
