摘要
在DEFORM三维有限元模拟的基础之上对离合器壳体进行挤压工艺方案分析以及挤压模具设计,结合有限元模拟的结果,确定最优化的工艺方案和挤压模具设计方案。离合器壳体的精密成形工艺分析及模具优化设计对汽车上其他类似的零部件有重要的实践指导意义。
This article is based on the 3-D finite element analog by the softwear of DEFORM to getting the optimum process of extrusion and the optimum design of die.Combined with the results of finite element analysis,the optimized process program and design plan of extrusion die are determined.The precision forming process analysis and extrusion die designs of clutch shell have important practical guiding significance foe othe parts of automobile.
