摘要
合成一种表面官能团为碳修饰的磁性材料模拟酶Fe3O4/C并进行表征和催化性能研究。Fe3O4/C对H2O2氧化后与四甲基联苯胺表现出良好的催化活性。Fe3O4/C与天然过氧化物酶相似,其催化特性受温度、浓度和时间的影响。试验结果表明,在温度为30℃、H2O2的浓度为0.01 mol/L和反应时间为20 min时可获得最大的催化效果。该类型纳米模拟酶相比于天然活性酶将会被广泛应用于催化和分析等领域。
The magnetic material with a kind of surface functional group modified by carbon was synthesized to simulate enzyme Fe3O4/C,characterize it and study the catalytic property.Fe3O4 exhibited good catalytic activity to tetramethyl benzidine(TMB)oxidized by H2O2.Fe3O4 was similar to the natural peroxidase,and its catalytic characteristic was influenced by temperature,concentration and time.The results show that the maximum catalytical effect was obtained at 30℃,0.01 mol/L hydrogen peroxide and response time of 20 min.This type of nano-mimetic enzyme will be widely used in the field of catalysis and analysis compared with typical natural enzymes.
