摘要
做好国际项目的结算,尽快的回收资金,提升资金的时间价值是EPC承包商需要解决的难题。苏阿皮蒂项目作为EPC大型水电站项目,其涉及工程内容非常复杂,能够有效地简化工程结算模式,最大限度地快速回收资金,确保工程建设资金流是项目成功实施的关键。为此,针对几内亚苏阿皮蒂水利枢纽项目的结算模式实践经验,结合国际EPC项目结算惯例,对EPC项目的结算模式进行浅析研究。
It is a difficult problem for EPC contractors to do a good job on the settlement of international projects to resolve funds and raise the time value of funds as soon as possible.As a large-scale hydropower project contracted in EPC mode,Souapiti Hydro Project involves complicated engineering contents,so the key to successfully implement the project is effectively simplifying project settlement mode,maximizing the rapid recovery of funds,and ensuring the capital flow of project construction.Based on the practical experiences of settlement mode in Souapiti Hydro Project in Guinea and the international EPC project settlement convention,the settlement mode of EPC project is analyzed.
