摘要
针对分流模模具完成一次挤压实验后,挤压材料脱模困难,很难再次进行实验的问题,设计了一套易脱模的分流模具,使用此模具可以重复进行实验。利用此模具进行了不同挤压速度下的空心管材挤压实验,对挤出的型材进行EBSD、硬度等测试,研究挤压焊缝处及其周围的组织及织构的变化,比较了方管焊缝与焊缝两侧硬度的差异。研究结果表明:随着挤压速度的增加,挤压后的方管平均晶粒尺寸逐渐减小;比较了方管焊缝处的黄铜织构比例逐渐减小,远离焊缝处的A织构比例逐渐增加,方管的硬度随挤压速度增加而增大,同时焊缝处的硬度明显低于远离焊缝处的硬度。
To solve the problem that the extruded material is difficult to demould after experiment,and it is difficult to carry out the experiment again,a set of shunt die which is easy to demould was designed,and could be used for repeated experiments.The extrusion experiments for hollow pipe at different extrusion speeds were carried out with this die.The EBSD and hardness test were carried out on the extruded profiles to study the evolution of the microstructure and texture at and around the extrusion welding area,and the difference of hardness between the welding area and the both sides of welding area of square pipe was compared.The results show that the average grain size of extruded square pipe decreases with the increase of extrusion speed.The proportion of brass texture at the welding area of the square pipe decreases gradually,while the proportion of A texture away from the weld area increases gradually.The hardness of the square pipe increases with the increase of extrusion speed,and at the same time,the hardness at the welding area is significantly lower than that far away from the welding area.
