摘要
为了解莱州湾扇贝养殖区浮游植物群落演变及其与环境因子的关系,本研究于2018年5—11月份对6个扇贝养殖区的浮游植物与环境因子变化进行监测.研究结果如下:共鉴定浮游植物5门50属89种,其中硅藻门33属62种,甲藻门9属15种,金藻门3属5种,绿藻门4属4种,隐藻门2属3种.浮游植物密度变化范围为0.98×104~16.27×104个/L,在5月份和9月份出现峰值.共鉴定优势种20种,以硅藻门为主(11种).Shannon-Winner多样性指数平均值为2.49,Pielou均匀度指数平均值为0.83,Margalef丰富度指数平均值为2.29,莱州湾扇贝养殖区浮游植物群落结构较稳定,生态环境质量良好.典范对应分析表明,总氮、温度、溶氧和活性磷是影响莱州湾浮游植物优势种密度的主要因素.
In order to understand the evolution of phytoplankton community and its relationship with environmental factors in the scallop culture areas of Laizhou Bay,the changes of phytoplankton and environmental factors were monitored in six scallop culture areas from May to November 2018.The phytoplankton community is analyzed using Shannon-Winner index,Pielou index and Margalef index.The main dominant species of phytoplankton and environmental factors are selected for canonical correspondence analysis.The results are as follows:a total of 89 species from 50 genera and 5 phylum of phytoplankton are identified,including 62 species from 33 genera of diatoms,15 species from 9 genera of Pyrrophyta,5 species from 3 genera of Chrysophyta,4 species from 4 genera of Chlorophyta and 3 species from 2 genera of Cryptophyta.The phytoplankton density ranges from 0.98×104 to 16.27×104 cell/L,peaking in May and September.A total of 20 dominant species are identified,including 11 species in diatom.The average Shannon-Winner index,Pielou index,and Margalef index are 2.49,0.83 and 2.29 respectively.The phytoplankton community structure in the scallop culture area of Laizhou Bay is stable and the ecological environment quality is good.Canonical correspondence analysis between phytoplankton and environmental factors show that total nitrogen,temperature,dissolved oxygen and dissolved inorganic phosphorus are the main factors affecting the distribution of dominant species of phytoplankton in Laizhou Bay.
