摘要
电介质的宏观性能与其内部的缺陷结构有着密切的关系。在XLPE电缆的生产、敷设和运行过程中,XLPE绝缘中会引入或产生不同类型、不同尺度的缺陷结构,对XLPE电缆绝缘的性能产生影响,甚至缩短XLPE电缆绝缘的使用寿命。根据缺陷结构尺度的不同,本文将XLPE电缆绝缘中存在的缺陷结构划分为纳米尺度缺陷、微米尺度缺陷及毫米尺度缺陷,并综述了不同尺度缺陷结构对XLPE电缆绝缘性能的影响。
The macroscopic properties of dielectric are closely related to its internal defects.In the process of manufacture,laying,and operation of cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE)cable,different type and scale of defect structures will be introduced or produced in XLPE cable insulation,which will affect the performance of XLPE cable insulation and even shorten its service life.In this paper,according to the difference of defect structures,the defect structures were divided into nano-scale defect,micron-scale defect,and millimeter-scale defect.The influence of different size of defects on the performance of XLPE cable insulation were reviewed.
