航空发动机低压涡轮转子装配工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 为解决低压涡轮转子装配不稳定问题,本文研究了新的装配方法,借助转台和专用安装底座进行装配并检查装配后的形位公差合格,连接螺栓、螺母拧紧时采用专用定位工装和专用“工”字形转接器,保证了低压涡轮转子装配质量. This paper makes a new study of a new assembly method in order to solve the problem of unstable assembly of low pressure turbine rotor.The method is performed in the following steps:first,the assembly is done with the help of turntable and special mounting base.Second,check up the geometric tolerance after the assembly is qualified.Third,when the connecting bolts and nuts are tightened,special positioning tooling and special“I”adapter are used.With the new method the assembly quality of LP turbine rotor is guaranteed.
