摘要
基于长三角26个城市2013~2018年空气质量指数日报数据,利用非格兰杰因果检验、复杂网络等方法,从时空交互视角分析了长三角城市群雾霾污染动态关联网络特征。结果发现:样本考察期长三角城市群总体雾霾污染指数及天数总体呈现下降趋势,冬季、春季及对应月份雾霾污染相对较重;长三角城市群雾霾污染空间网络相对稳定,各城市间都存在关联关系,整网关系紧密度逐年提升,但空间影响等级结构则渐趋松散;基于考察期污染指数均值及空间网络核心度的二维时空标准,可将长三角城市群细分为四种区别性治理类型。最后,提出长三角乃至全国城市群雾霾污染协同治理的相关对策与建议。
Based on the daily air quality index data of 26 cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2013 to 2018, the characteristics of dynamic association network of haze pollution in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration were analyzed from the perspective of spatiotemporal interaction perspective by using non-Granger causality test and complex network methods in this paper. And it found that during the period of sample investigation, the haze pollution index and days in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration showed a downward trend. Haze pollution was relatively heavy in winter, spring and corresponding months. The haze pollution in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration presented a relatively stable associative network structure, and there were many correlations among cities. The tightness of the whole network was increasing year by year, but the hierarchical structure of spatial impact was loosening gradually. From the two dimensions of pollution index mean and network core degree during the investigation period, the urban agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta could be divided into four types, and different countermeasures should be taken for different types of cities. Finally, countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to help collaborative governance of haze pollution in the Yangtze river delta and the national urban agglomeration.
