摘要
教学、医疗工作是医学院校直属附属医院的核心工作,兼职教师作为医院教学工作的主体,其量化考评是医学院校附属医院管理研究的重要部分。为发挥医学院校专业技术职务自主评聘的导向作用,文章通过对本医院兼职教师职称评审定量考核的可行性进行分析,探讨出适合医学院校附属医院兼职教师职称评审的可行性途径,逐步完善兼职教师职称量化考评系统,激发兼职教师教学积极性,并增加医院兼职教师评价的客观性、公正性、公平性和公开性,提升兼职教师对职称评聘工作的满意程度,完善医学院校附属医院人才评价机制,建设高水平的医学教学师资队伍。
eaching and medical work is the core work of the directly affiliated hospital of medical college.The quantitative assessment of parttime teachers,which are the subject of teaching work,is an important part of the teaching management research.In order to give full play to the guiding role of independent evaluation of professional titles in medical colleges,we analyzes the feasibility of the quantitative assessment in our hospital,and explores the feasible ways of the professional title evaluation of part-time teachers in affiliated hospitals.The quantitative evaluation system for part-time teachers'titles,stimulates the enthusiasm of part-time teachers,and increases the objectivity,impartiality,fairness and openness of the evaluation.The quantitative evaluation system enhances the satisfaction of part-time teachers,improves the talent evaluation mechanism,and would be contributed to the building of a high-level medical teaching staff.
