考虑孔加工锥度误差影响的液态金属润滑螺旋槽轴承性能分析

摘要 为了研究孔加工误差对液态金属润滑螺旋槽轴承性能的影响,建立了考虑孔加工锥度误差影响的轴承性能计算模型,进行了轴承工作静动态性能的分析。基于流体动力润滑理论运用有限差分法进行求解,得到了考虑孔加工误差时轴承油膜的压力分布图;通过设置不同的加工锥度误差得到了不同误差下轴承工作的静动态性能对比图;研究了加工锥度误差在不同偏心率下对轴承静动态性能的影响;确定了轴承所允许的孔加工锥度误差和偏心率的最佳取值。仿真结果表明:允许的锥度误差的大小与轴承所适用的偏心率范围有直接关系;控制加工锥度误差在0.0075°以内、轴承偏心率不大于0.4时,轴承可以获得较稳定的静动态性能。此项研究对考虑加工误差的液态金属轴承设计具有一定的指导意义。 A calculation model of bearing performance with consideration of taper error of hole machining is established to study the influence of liquid metal as lubricating medium on the performance of spiral groove bearings.Analyses for the static and dynamic performance of working bearing are carried out.It bases on the theory of fluid dynamic lubrication and the finite difference method is used to obtain the pressure distribution of bearing oil film with consideration of machining errors.A comparison diagram of the static and dynamic performance of bearing operation under different errors is obtained by setting different machining taper errors.Effects of the machining taper error on the static and dynamic performance of the bearing at different eccentricities are studied and the optimal values of the maximum machining taper error and eccentricity allowed by the bearing are determined.Simulation results show that the allowable taper error is directly related to the range of eccentricity applicable to the bearing.When the machining taper error is controlled within 0.0075°and the bearing eccentricity is not more than 0.4,stable static and dynamic performance of the bearing is obtained.This research is helpful for the design of liquid metal bearings in considering processing error.
