摘要
目的:研究口腔修复膜在磨牙即刻种植中对引导骨再生的效果分析。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年12月在笔者所在医院诊治的进行即刻种植治疗的磨牙缺失患者80例。随机分为试验组、对照组,每组40例。试验组在行即刻种植术后给予口腔修复膜对骨再生进行引导,对照组在行即刻种植术后给予钛膜对骨再生进行引导。观察对比两组修复效果、修复1周后骨厚度、植骨厚度,并记录治疗过程中不良反应发生率。结果:试验组种植成功率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组术后1周骨厚度及植骨厚度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程中试验组不良反应发生率为7.50%,低于对照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对行磨牙即刻种植术的患者采用口腔修复膜进行治疗,骨引导再生率高,种植成功率高,安全可靠,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广使用。
Objective:To analyze the effect of Haiao oral prosthodontic membrane on bone regeneration in immediate implantation of molar.Method:From January 2016 to December 2018,80 patients with molar missing treated by immediate implantation in our hospital were seleceed,and were divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 40 were in each group.The experimental group was treated with oral prosthodontic membrane to guide bone regeneration after immediate implantation,while the control group was treated with titanium membrane(TM)to guide bone regeneration after immediate implantation.The repair effect,bone thickness and bone graft thickness of the two groups were observed and compared one week after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was recorded.Result:The success rate of the test group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The bone thickness and bone graft thickness in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group one week after operation,the differences were significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 7.50%,which was lower than 30.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The immediate implantation of molar with oral prosthodontic membrane has high bone regeneration rate,high implant success rate,safety and reliability.It has high clinical application value and is worth popularizing.
