摘要
为了研究道次间的冷拔量参数对冷拔直线导轨加工质量的影响,以第二道次与第三道次冷拔模具孔型间的冷拔量为因素,以滚动直线导轨左侧沟槽残余应力最大值、导轨底部沟槽残余应力最大值、导轨直线度作为冷拔直线导轨加工质量的评价指标,进行正交试验。在研究中,确定了坯料和冷拔道次,选取了冷拔量,并进行了第三次冷拔仿真。通过试验确定了最优的冷拔量参数组合,可以为冷拔异型钢模具孔型设计提供技术参考。
In order to study the influence of the cold draw parameter between the passes on the processing quality of the cold drawn linear guideway, the cold draw parameter between the passes of second pass cold drawing die and the third pass cold drawing die was taken as the factor, and the max. residual stress at the left groove of the rolling linear guideway, the max. residual stress at the bottom groove of the guide way and the straightness of the guideway were taken as the evaluating indicators of the processing quality of the cold drawn linear guideway to perform the orthogonal test. In the study, the billet and the cold drawing pass were determined, the cold drawing parameter was selected, and the simulation for third cold drawing was performed. The optimal combination of cold drawing parameters was determined through tests, which could provide technical reference for design of passes in cold-drawn die for profiled steel.
