SBAR沟通模式在内科护理交接班中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨“现状-背景-评估-建议”(SBAR)沟通模式在内科护理人员交接班过程中的应用效果。方法2018年2月—2019年2月,随机抽取医院内科中符合要求的护理人员80名,将其随机分为两组,分别为对照组和试验组,对照组按照内科常规模式进行交接班,试验组则按照SBAR沟通模式进行交接班。比较两组护理人员的交接耗时、交接质量、沟通协调、医患关系和其临床思维能力的统计学差异。结果试验组的交接耗时明显少于对照组,而其交接质量、满意度、医护合作、沟通协调、医患关系的得分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组的批判性思维、系统思维、循证思维的得分和总分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用SBAR沟通模式的内科护理人员其交接班耗时大量减少,而交接班的质量却大大提高,医护关系也更加和谐,临床的思维能力也明显提高,从而大大提高了护理的服务质量,值得推广。 Objective To explore the application effect of“status quo-background-evaluation-suggestion”(SBAR)communication model in the process of medical nursing personnel succession.Methods From February 2018 to February 2019,80 nurses who met the requirements in the internal medicine department of our hospital were randomly selected and divided into two groups,namely the control group and the experimental group.The control group was assigned to the routine mode of internal medicine,while the patients in the experimental group were assigned to the SBAR mode of communication.The time,quality,communication and coordination,doctor-patient relationship and clinical thinking ability of the two groups were compared.Results The handover time of the experimental group was significantly less than that of the control group,and the scores of handover quality,satisfaction,medical cooperation,communication and coordination,and doctor-patient relationship were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The critical thinking of the experimental group,The scores and total scores of systematic thinking and evidence-based thinking were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The internal nursing staff adopting the SBAR communication mode reduced the time of handover,and the quality of the handover was greatly improved.The medical relationship was also more harmonious,and the clinical thinking ability was also significantly improved,which greatly improved the quality of care and was worth promoting.
