摘要
机械真空泵是增压汽油机、柴油机以及油电混合动力发动机的主要部件,提升发动机效率是降低油耗和改善排放的主要途径,同时,对消耗发动机功率的附件提出新的要求。本文对机械真空泵的运行工况进行了分析,结合其工作机理,对原状态机械真空泵叶片、腔体型线等进行优化设计,提高工作循环效率、降低耗损,以达到降低发动机油耗的目的。
Mechanical vacuum pumps are the main engine accessories for supercharged gasoline engines,diesel engines,and hybrids.Increasing engine efficiency was the main approach to reduce fuel consumption and improve emissions,which also placing new demands on accessories that consume engine power.Based on the analysis of the operating conditions of the mechanical vacuum pump and the working mechanism,optimization design of the original mechanical vacuum pump blades and cavity lines in the original state to improve the working cycle efficiency and reduce the loss of the vacuum pumps,so as to reduce the engine fuel consumption.
