摘要
目的设计并应用多功能便携式颈椎外固定器。方法颈椎外固定器采用人工合成纤维为主要材料,由底座、固定装置以及快速充气装置等三个部分组成。未激活时呈折叠状态不占空间,当使用快速充气装置将其激活时,可迅速膨胀以达到对伤病员颈椎的有效固定。比较使用传统颈托(对照组)和便携式颈椎外固定器(观察组)的转运用时间、患者满意率、护理人员满意率。结果观察组转运时间为(17.960±0.996)s,相对于对照组[(21.610±1.199)s]显著缩短;观察组患者满意率为68.75%,高于对照组的25.00%;护理人员对多功能便携式颈椎外固定器的满意率为87.50%,高于目前对照组(12.50%),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论多功能便携式颈椎外固定器具备操作简单、转运耗时短、方便携带、性价比高、适配单架使用可有效应用于战时、平时等紧急救护及转运等。
Objective To design the feasibility and effectiveness of multi-functional portable cervical external fixator.Methods The cervical external fixator was made of artificial synthetic fibers with high toughness,good compressibility and water-proof,which consisted of three parts:base,fixing device and rapid inflation device.When it was not activated,it was folded and did not take up space.When it was activated by a rapid inflatable device,it could be expanded rapidly to achieve effective fixation of cervical vertebra of patients.The transport time,satisfaction rate of patients,satisfaction rate of nursing staff and cost performance of the portable cervical spine external fixator were compared.Results The transport time of portable cervical external fixator group was 17.960±0.996 s,which was significantly shorter than that of traditional cervical vertebra group(21.610±1.199)s.The satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 68.75%,which was higher than that of the control group(25.00%).The satisfaction rate of nursing staff to the multi-functional portable cervical external fixator was 87.50%,which was higher than that of the ordinary cervical fixator currently used(12.50%).The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions The multi-functional portable cervical vertebra external fixator has the advantages of simple operation,short transportation time,convenient carrying,high cost performance and single frame,which can be effectively used in wartime and peacetime emergency rescue and transportation.
