摘要
在导弹的控制系统中舵机是非常关键的部分,其运行状态和可靠性指标决定了导弹的整体性能的好坏。由于传统人工检测舵机的方式在数据精度和效率上已经无法满足测试要求。因此,提出基于LabWindows/CVI软件平台搭建的电动舵机检测系统的方案,设计了一款操作简单、通用性高的的多路电动舵机检测系统。利用舵机检测系统同时对多个舵机的启动电压、启动电流、反馈电压等静态指标进行检测,实现了对被检测舵机的精确检验以及报告的处理过程。实验结果表明,多路电动舵机检测系统操作简单,性能稳定,具有广泛的应用前景。
In the missile control system,the steering gear is a very critical part,and its operating state and performance indicators determine the overall performance of the missile.Due to the traditional method of manually detecting the steering gear,the data accuracy and efficiency have been unable to meet the test requirements.Therefore,a scheme based on the LabWindows/CVI software platform for the electric steering gear detection system is proposed,and a multi-channel electric servo detection system with simple operation and high versatility is designed.The servo engine detection system detects the static indicators such as the starting voltage,starting current and feedback voltage of multiple servos at the same time,and realizes the accurate inspection and reporting process of the detected steering gear.The experimental results show that the multi-channel electric servo detection system has simple operation and stable performance,and has broad application prospects.
