人脑颞顶枕区相关联合纤维束的追踪成像及解剖验证的研究进展

Fiber tractography and dissection of the associative white matter fibers in the temporo-parieto-occipital junction area

摘要 人脑颞顶枕区参与或独立执行了许多重要功能,穿行于或完全位于颞顶枕区的联合纤维束,执行了这些高级神经功能。对于这一区域纤维束的研究主要有磁共振弥散成像和尸脑的白质纤维束解剖,两种方法的交叉验证是目前研究纤维束成像、构建人脑连接图谱和解决纤维束走行争议的最佳方法。 The temporo-parieto-occipital(TPO) area is located at the posterior end of the sylvian fissure, around of the angular gyrus and thesupramarginal gyrus, where the temporal, parietal and occipital lobes meet, attributing to some important functions. These functional roles rely on multiple networks of associative white matter fibers underlying the intersection area. There are two major methods for researching the associative white matter fibers: fiber tractography and Klinger fiber dissection. In order to reconstruct the pathways, cortex connections and three-dimensional architectures of associative white matter fibers in the TPO area, the above two methods should be applied simultaneously, whose results should be cross-validated.
