常压塔顶部产品质量波动原因分析 被引量:2

摘要 塔河1#常压焦化装置常压装置为常压和延迟焦化联合装置,设计加工塔河劣质稠油,原设计120×10^4t/a,于2004年12月开车成功,2006年5月150×10^4t/a适应性扩能改造。原设计常一线油作为汽柴油加氢原料,后因生产需要改为航煤原料,要求常一线产品控制终馏点245~255℃,闪点33~45℃。2019年10月开始在实际运行中出现分离效率下降及局部超负荷的问题。针对此问题,收集了常压塔操作的各项相关参数,对出现的问题进行了分析与推测验证,最终确认造成上述问题的主要原因是因常压塔顶部低温H2S-HCl-H2O腐蚀严重造成的塔板漏液,并提出相应的对策。 The atmospheric unit of Tahe 1#atmospheric coking unit is a combined unit of atmospheric and delayed coking,which is designed to process poor heavy oil in Tahe.The original design is 120×10^4t/a,which was successfully started in December 2004,and the capacity expansion and transformation of 150×10^4t/a in May 2006.In the original design,the first-line oil was used as the feedstock for gasoline and diesel hydrogenation,and then changed to aviation coal feedstock due to production needs.The final distillation point of the first-line product is required to be 245~255℃,and the flash point is 33~45℃.Since October 2019,the separation efficiency has decreased and the local overload has occurred in the actual operation.In view of this problem,the relevant parameters of atmospheric tower operation are collected,and the problems are analyzed,speculated and verified.Finally,it is confirmed that the main cause of the above problems is the tower plate leakage caused by the severe corrosion of low temperature H2S-HCl-H2O at the top of atmospheric tower,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
