摘要
旨在阐释黄麻链霉菌AUH-1拮抗植物病原真菌的作用机理。以水稻纹枯病菌为指示菌,采用平板对峙培养法和紫外分光光度法,测定了菌株AUH-1抗真菌粗提物对菌丝生长、菌核萌发、麦角甾醇合成和脂质过氧化水平的影响。结果表明:黄麻链霉菌AUH-1能显著抑制水稻纹枯病菌菌丝生长和菌核萌发,加剧电导率上升,抑制细胞膜麦角甾醇合成,显著提升细胞膜脂质过氧化水平。由此可见,黄麻链霉菌AUH-1通过作用于植物病原真菌细胞膜,干扰、破坏膜结构与功能,从而达到拮抗效果。
Streptomyces corchorusiistrain AUH-1 is an antagonistic agent of phytopathogenic fungi,which was screened previously by the authors.This work aimed to explain its antagonistic mechanism.By dual culture and UV spectrophotometry with Rhizoctonia solani as indicative phytopathogen,the effects of antifungal crude extracts of strain AUH-1 on mycelial growth,sclerotia germination,ergosterol synthesis and lipid peroxidation level were determined.It was found that S. corchorusii AUH-1 could significantly inhibit the mycelial growth and sclerotia germination,intensify conductivity rise,inhibit the synthesis of ergosterol in the cell membrane,and remarkably upgrade the degree of lipid peroxidation of the cell membrane.It can be seen that antifungal crude extract produced by S. corchorusii strain AUH-1 acts mainly on the cell membrane of plant pathogenic fungi,further interferes and destroys the structure and function of the membrane to achieve the bacteriostatic effect.
