摘要
通过自制的简易拉拔力测试装置和四球机法测试了不同拉拔力条件下润滑剂的摩擦学性能。结果表明,0.01%石墨烯改性润滑剂降低拉拔力的效果最明显。且该润滑剂对不同钢丝直径、不同压缩率钢丝拉拔力的降低均有较优异的效果。0.01%石墨烯改性润滑剂的摩擦因数以及磨斑直径都比未经石墨烯改性的普通润滑剂小得多。该润滑剂有望应用于中试生产。
The tribological properties of lubricants under different drawing forces were tested by a home-made simple pull force test device and a four-ball machine.The results show that 0.01%graphene modified lubricant has the most obvious effect of reducing drawing force.Moreover,the lubricant has superior effects on reduction of drawing force of different steel wire diameters and different compression ratio steel wires.The friction factor and the wear spot diameter of 0.01%graphene modified lubricant are much smaller than those of ordinary lubricants without graphene modification.This lubricant can be used in pilot production.
