摘要
目的:研究在膝骨性关节炎中应用小探针松解高应力点的治疗效果。方法:选择2017年1月-2018年1月笔者所医院收治的62例膝骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,按照不同的治疗方式将其分为常规组(30例)和研究组(32例)。常规组给予玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射,研究组给予小针刀松解高应力点,对两组临床效果进行比较分析。结果:治疗前,两组患者疼痛情况和肿胀程度评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组患者疼痛情况和肿胀程度评分显著低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患者的膝关节评分显著高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗总有效率93.75%,显著高于常规组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小针刀松解高应力点在膝骨性关节炎中的治疗效果显著良好,可有效改善患者临床症状,提高临床疗效,具有较高临床推广应用价值。
Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of releasing high stress point with small probe in knee osteoarthritis.Method:A total of 62 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the routine group(30 cases)and the research group(32 cases)according to different treatment methods.The routine group was given intra-articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate,and the research group was given small needle knife to release high stress points.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:There were no significant difference in pain and swelling scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the pain and swelling scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the knee score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 93.75%,which was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(70.00%),the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of releasing high stress point with small needle knife in knee osteoarthritis is remarkably good,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and clinical efficacy of patients,and has high clinical application value.
