摘要
诸多研究结果证实,高血压患者在高同型半胱氨酸的协同作用下,其心脑血管意外的发生率明显高于单纯高血压患者。早期发现及干预H型高血压对患者预后具有重要意义。本文主要从H型高血压中医病因病机、辨证分型及治疗进展三个方面进行阐述,旨在为临床治疗H型高血压提供新的思路与方法。
Many studies have confirmed that the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents in hypertensive patients with high homocysteine is significantly higher than that of patients with hypertension alone.Early detection and intervention of type H hypertension is important for the prognosis of patients.This article mainly elaborates from three aspects of H-type hypertension TCM pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment progress,aiming to provide new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of H-type hypertension.
