摘要
针对青贮玉米饲料化工艺流程中设备种类较多,从业人员的培训受农时、场地及设备结构制约的问题,利用虚拟现实(VR)技术和三维建模仿真技术开发了青贮玉米饲料化全程数字化模拟系统。采用Maya软件建立设备三维模型并生成动画,展示主要设备的工作过程和工作原理;通过Unreal Engine 4软件进行农场和养殖场等场景搭建并应用C++进行交互式开发,应用模型间蓝图通信、动画骨骼绑定及LOD等技术,搭建了整个模拟系统。通过该模拟系统能够观看整个青贮玉米饲料化的生产全过程,熟悉设备结构及工作过程,同时可对关键零部件进行虚拟装配和农机装备的虚拟驾驶,使用户获得沉浸式和交互性体验。该模拟系统能够以较低的成本对从业人员进行培训,拓展了VR技术的应用领域。
Concerning the problems of silage corn feeding process,the training of practitioners is restricted by the time of agriculture,site and equipment.The Virtual Reality(VR)technology and three-dimensional modeling and simulation technology were used to develop a digital simulation system for silage corn feeding.Maya software was used to build 3D models of the devices and generate animations to show the working process and working principle of the main equipments.Unreal Engine 4 was used to build scenes on farms and plants and C++was used for interactive development,using blueprint communication technology between models,animated bones binding and LOD technology and other methods were used to build the entire simulation system.Through the simulation system,the entire silage corn feeding production process can be viewed,and the equipment structure and working process can be familiarized.At the same time,virtual assembly of key components and virtual driving experience of agricultural machinery and equipment can be obtained,and a better immersion feeling can be obtained.The simulation system can train practitioners at a lower cost and expand the application field of VR technology.
