摘要
为贺州烟区及类似地区优质特色烟叶生产提供参考,选择贺州市富川县和钟山县的85个植烟土壤和255个烟叶样品,研究土壤理化性状与烟叶成分及产量的相关性。结果表明:垄高与中部单叶重和产量呈显著正相关,容重与产量呈显著负相关,孔隙度与产量呈显著正相关,pH与上部和下部单叶重呈极显著正相关,铵态氮与下部单叶重呈极显著负相关,有效磷与叶片数呈极显著正相关且与上部单叶重呈极显著负相关,有效钙与上部和下部单叶重呈极显著正相关且与叶片数呈极显著负相关,有效镁与上部单叶重呈极显著正相关,Ca/Mg与叶片数呈极显著负相关且与上部和下部单叶重呈极显著正相关,(K+Ca)/Mg与叶片数极显著负相关,有效硫与叶片数呈显著负相关且与产量和上部单叶重呈显著和极显著正相关;K/Mg与中部叶和下部叶钾含量呈显著正相关,Ca/Mg与上部叶和中部叶的钙含量呈极显著正相关性且与上部叶、中部叶和下部叶的镁含量呈极显著负相关,(Ca+K)/Mg与上部叶的钙含量呈极显著正相关且与上部叶、中部叶和下部叶的镁含量呈极显著负相关。土壤养分比例失调,70%左右烟株较难吸收镁,80%左右的烟叶为镁缺乏。
To provide a theoretical basis for producing high quality tobacco in Hezhou tobacco region and similar region,85 tobacco-growing soil samples and 255 tobacco leaf samples in Fuchuan County and Zhongshan County of Hezhou City were collected,and the correlation between soil physical and chemical properties and tobacco leaf yield was studied.Results:There was a significant positive correlation of ridge height with middle single leaf weight and yield.Meanwhile,bulk density negatively correlated with yield at P<0.05 level.However,porosity positively correlated with yield at P<0.05 level.pH had a significant positive correlation with upper and lower single leaf weight at P<0.01 level,and an extremely significant negative correlation was observed between ammonium nitrogen and lower single leaf weight.There was an extremely significant positive correlation between available phosphorus and leaf number,but an extremely significant negative correlation was observed in available phosphorus and leaf number with upper single leaf weight.There was an extremely significant positive correlation of available calcium with upper and lower single leaf weight,but an extremely significant negative correlation was found between available calcium and leaf number.There was an extremely significant positive correlation of available magnesium with upper leaf weight.There was an extremely significant negative correlation of Ca/Mg with leaf number,but an extremely significant positive correlation was observed between Ca/Mg and upper and lower single leaf weight.There was an extremely significant negative correlation between(K+Ca)/Mg and leaf number,while available sulfur significantly negatively correlated with leaf number and significant positive correlations were observed with yield and the upper single leaf weight at P<0.05 and P<0.01 levels.K-Mg ratio was significantly positively related to the potassium content of central and lower tobacco leaves.Ca-Mg ratio positively related to the calcium content of central and upper lower leaf at P<0.01 level,but negatively related to the magnesium content of upper,central and lower leaf at P<0.01 level.(Ca+K)-Mg ratio was extremely positively correlated with the calcium content of upper leaves and was extremely negatively correlated with the magnesium content of upper,central and lower leaves.The proportion of soil nutrients was out of proportion,more than 70%magnesium absorption difficulties with tobacco,and more than 80%of tobacco were magnesium deficiency.
