摘要
为提高吉林芦花鸡的早期品种选育效果,采用Logistic、Gompertz和Bertalanffy 3种非线性生长模型对吉林芦花鸡0~21周龄体重指标进行曲线拟合,并对120日龄的体重与体尺进行相关性分析。结果表明:3种非线性生长曲线的拟合度较高,R 2均超过0.99,均能拟合吉林芦花鸡生长曲线,其中,Gompertz模型的拟合度最高,拟合效果最好。120日龄吉林芦花鸡的体重与体尺间存在相关性,其中,公鸡体重与胫长、胸深、胫围呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与龙骨长、骨盆宽呈显著正相关(P<0.05);母鸡体重与体斜长、胫长、龙骨长和胸深呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与骨盆宽呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。
In order to improve the breeding effect of early breeds of Jilin Luhua chicken,Logistic,Gompertz and Bertalanffy non-linear growth models were used to fit the body weight indexes of Jilin Luhua chicken aged 0-21 weeks.The correlation between body weight and body size of 120 d-age Jilin Luhua chicken was analyzed.Results:The three nonlinear growth curves have a high fitting degree,with R 2 exceeding 0.99,and all of them can fit the growth curve of Jilin Luhua chicken.The Gompertz model has the greatest fitting degree and the best fitting effect.There were differences in the correlation between body weight and body size of Jilin Luhua chicken at 120 days of age and different genders.Among them,there was a significant positive correlation between cock body weight and shin length,chest depth and shin circumference(P<0.01),and a significant positive correlation with keel length and pelvic width(P<0.05).The hen body weight positively correlated with body length,shin length,keel length and chest depth(P<0.01)and pelvic width(P<0.05).
