摘要
目的分析社区规范化管理对高血压患者血压和并发症的影响,为探讨有效的管理提供参考。方法2017年1月—2018年8月间,该社区内高血压患者中选取82例展开研究,结合管理方式差异,分为观察及对照两组,两组均以服用常规降压药为管理基础,对照组行常规管理,观察组行社区规范化管理,对两组患者血压情况、并发症产生情况及管理满意度行比对。结果经数据分析,观察组血压控制情况、并发症产生情况及管理满意度与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将社区规范化管理应用至高血压患者日常管理中,患者血压水平得以良好管控,并发症产生率显著降低,管理满意度得以提升,具备良好应用价值。
Objective To analysis the effects of standardized management of community on blood pressure and complications in patients with hypertension and provide a refernce for exploring effective management.Methods From January 2017 to August 2018,82 cases of hypertension patients in this community were selected.The study was divided into observation and control groups according to the difference of management methods.The two groups were treated with conventional antihypertensive drugs.The management foundation,the control group routine management,the observation group community standardized management,the two groups of patients’blood pressure,complications and management satisfaction were compared.Results After data analysis,the blood pressure control,complications,and management satisfaction of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significally(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying community standardization management to the daily management of hypertensive patients,the blood pressure level of patients is well controlled,the incidence of complications is significantly reduced,management satisfaction is improved,and it has good application value.
