摘要
以现实生活中超市收银台服务流程为例,基于排队论理论构建超市收银服务效率一般模型。从顾客购物量差异性视角出发,构建超市收银服务效率改进模型,并运用AnyLogic软件进行仿真。研究结果表明,在随机情况下或者其他因素降低了收银效率的情况下,改进模型都可以提高超市收银系统效率。基于顾客需求差别对顾客分别提供专用收银服务窗口可以提高服务效率。
This paper takes the cashier service process in the supermarket in real life as an example.Based on queuing theory,we construct a general model of supermarket cashier service efficiency.From the perspective of the difference of customer shopping volume,an improved model was built for the efficiency of supermarket cashier services.AnyLogic was adopted to perform the simulation.The results show that the improved model can improve the efficiency of the supermarket cash register system in the case of random conditions or other factors that reduce the efficiency of the cash register.It can improve service efficiency by providing a dedicated cashier service window for customers based on the differences of customer demands.
