摘要
胫骨高位截骨术(HTO)作为干预内侧膝关节骨关节炎的一种“保膝”疗法,具有矫正下肢力线,缓解疼痛,延缓关节软骨进一步破坏等优势,但传统测量方法易出现误差;随着计算机及3D打印技术的发展,应用3D打印技术辅助HTO治疗膝骨关节炎可增加其精确性、简便性等,并取得了良好的临床效果,受到国内外的广泛关注。本文就3D打印技术及其在胫骨高位截骨术的应用作一综述。
High tibial osteotomy(HTO)has the advantages of realigning the mechanical axis of the lower limb,relieving pain and delaying further destruction of articular cartilage,which as a knee-salavge treatment for medial knee osteoarthritis.But traditional measurements of HTO are prone to errors.With the development of computer and 3D printing technology,HTO aided by 3D printing technology has attracted wide attention at home and abroad,which is due to the accuracy,simplicity and good clinical efficacy for osteoarthritis.This article summarized the technology and application of 3D printing in HTO.
