摘要
作为一种有效的评估和干预手段,叙事医学能促进个性化护理、情感疗愈和治疗依存性,并最终提高患者生命质量。尽管叙事医学是医学研究的一个前沿热点,但国内外围绕该领域的学术进展之梳理非常匮乏,本文对国外的叙事医学发展的研究内容、阶段发展的特点与现状进行全面梳理。借助叙事医学被引文献的节点文章和发表时间,并参考PubMed搜索数据,本文将叙事医学分为三个阶段:第一阶段为叙事医学的理论初创阶段;第二阶段是该理论的科学化阶段,并有少量基于个例的应用研究出现;第三阶段是叙事医学教育的作用和叙事医学应用研究的爆发式增长阶段,此时量化研究开始出现,但质性研究依然占主导地位。此外,文献梳理显示,目前叙事医学研究所面临的困境是缺乏统一的方法论,具体表现为数据采集和编码种类繁多。
As an effective means of evaluation and intervention,narrative medicine can promote personalized nursing,emotional healing and treatment dependence,and ultimately improve the quality of life of patients.Although narrative medicine is a hot topic in medical research,there is a lack of academic progress in this field at home and abroad.This paper comprehensively reviews the research content,characteristics and current situation of the development of narrative medicine in foreign countries.With the help of node articles and publication time of cited literature of narrative medicine,and with reference to PubMed search data,this paper divides narrative medicine into three stages:the first stage is the initial stage of the theory of narrative medicine;the second stage is the scientific stage of the theory,with a small number of case-based application research;the third stage is the role of narrative medicine education and the explosive growth stage of narrative medicine application research,at this time,quantitative research began to appear,but qualitative research is still dominant.In addition,literature review shows that the current dilemma facing narrative medicine research is the lack of a unified methodology,which is manifested in a wide range of data collection and coding.
