摘要
人工智能是研究、开发用于模拟和扩展人类智能的理论、方法、技术和应用系统的一门新兴技术科学[1]。从2017年全国“两会”上,“人工智能”首次被正式写入政府工作报告后,人工智能广泛地应用于零售行业,在很大程度上影响着用户的购物体验。人工智能对用户购物体验的具体影响为:省时、省事;实现更个性化的服务;满足情感需求,减少孤独感。根据调查,影响用户体验的主要因素是商品、系统、使用环境和用户。因此,未来人工智能应坚持“以人为本”的发展理念,在提供优质产品的基础上,以用户为中心,尽可能完善系统和使用环境,最大限度地为用户提供准确的个性化服务,克服自身的不足,让用户获得更好的购物体验。
Artificial intelligence is an emerging technical science that studies and develops theories,methods,technologies and application systems used to simulate and expand human intelligence[1].Since the“two sessions”in 2017,“artificial intelligence”was officially written into the government work report for the first time,artificial intelligence has been widely applied in the retail industry,affecting the shopping experience of users to a large extent.The specific influence of artificial intelligence on users’shopping experience is as follows:saving time and trouble;more personalized services;meet emotional needs and reduce loneliness.According to the survey,the main factors affecting user experience are goods,systems,use environment and users.Therefore,future artificial intelligence should adhere to the“people-oriented”development concept,on the basis of providing quality products,user-centered,as far as possible to improve the system and the use environment,maximize the accuracy of personalized services for users,overcome their own obstacles,so that users have a better shopping experience.
