摘要
目的研究临床路径在静配中心优质服务中的应用效果。方法选择本院自2018年3月至2019年3月收治的1500例患者作为研究对象,随机分为参照组和实验组,每组750例,患者出院前,由静配中心的护理人员收集患者的调查问卷,对比两组之间的差异。结果临床治疗结束后,实验组各方面的结果均好于参照组,差异包含统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在静配中心优质服务中的应用临床路径,护理的效果更好,患者的满意度更高。
Objective To study the application effect of clinical route in quality service of static center.Methods 1500 patients admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into reference group and experimental group,each group of 750 cases.Before the patients were discharged from hospital,the nursing staff of the static center collected the patient′s questionnaire and compared the differences between the two groups.Results After the clinical treatment,the results of all aspects of the experimental group were better than those of the reference group,and the difference included statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion the clinical path in the quality service of the static center,the nursing effect is better,the satisfaction of the patient is higher.
