纳米棒自组装球形多孔Cu/ZnO/Al2O3催化剂应用于CO2加氢制备甲醇性能研究

摘要 采用溶剂热法构建一种新型的纳米棒自组装球形多孔Cu/ZnO/Al2O3催化剂应用于二氧化碳加氢合成甲醇反应.通过XRD、BET、SEM、TPR、TPD等手段对催化剂进行表征,研究球形催化剂材料由纳米棒自组装的成型机理,探讨催化剂的组成结构、物化性能与催化剂性能之间的构效关系.实验结果表明:溶剂热法制备的球形多孔催化剂与传统共沉淀法制备的催化剂相比,具有较大的比表面积;活性金属离子沿纳米棒负载,均匀分散在球形催化剂内部,提高了金属分散度和金属比表面积;球形催化剂材料由纳米棒组装形成的缝隙大孔以及纳米棒自身的微介孔共同组成的分级多孔结构,提高了反应介质的传质传热效率,进而提高了催化剂的反应活性及选择性. A novel spherical porous Cu/ZnO/Al2O3 catalyst with nanorod self-assembly was prepared by solvothermal method for methanol synthesis from carbon dioxide hydrogenation.The catalyst were characterized by XRD,BET,SEM,TPR,TPD and so on.The formation mechanism of the spherical catalyst materials self-assembled by nanorods was studied.The structure-activity relationship between the composition physicochemical properties and catalyst performance was discussed.The experimental results show that the spherical porous catalyst prepared by solvothermal method has a larger specific surface area than that prepared by conventional coprecipitation method,and the active metal ions are loaded along the nanorods.The metal dispersion degree and metal specific surface area are increased by uniform dispersion in the spherical catalyst.The spherical catalyst materials are composed of gap macropores assembled by nanorods and micromesoporous nanorods.The efficiency of mass and heat transfer in the reaction medium were improved,and then the reaction activity and selectivity of the catalyst were improved.
