摘要
取样系统是现代化选矿厂不可或缺的一部分。针对传统人工取样和管道取样器所取样品代表性不稳定的缺陷,借助于计算流体力学(CFD)对矿浆轨迹的模拟,采用三维取样的方法,结合不同的工艺管道走向,设计开发了M1300/M1500系列线性移动刀口取样器。遵循通用的取样原理,M1300/M1500系列取样器具有优异的取样代表性,不仅可用于流程控制采样,还满足金属量计算对取样代表性的要求。目前,系列取样器已成功应用于国内多个选厂。
Sampling system is an indispensable part in modern concentrators.Aiming at the defects of representative instability of samples taken by traditional manual sampling and pipeline sampler,the M1300/M1500 series linear moving cutter samplers are designed and developed by using three-dimensional sampling method and combining with different process pipeline trends by means of computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulation of slurry track.According to the general sampling principle,M1300/M1500 series samplers have excellent sampling representativeness,which can be not only used for process control sampling,but also meet the requirement of metal quantity calculation.At present,these samplers have been successfully applied in several concentrators in China.
