摘要
以某浮选尾矿库湿排改干排实践为例,对细黏粒湿排尾矿库实施干排工艺进的必要性进行分析,对干排工艺原则、堆体规划、作业方式、干排后的防洪安全、清污分流方案进行了详细地分析探讨。根据该项目湿转干排后的良好运行状况,认为对尾矿库实施干排工艺可以提高尾矿库的安全度,降低环境污染风险,经济、社会、环境效益显著。
Taking the practice of changing wet discharge into dry discharge in a flotation tailings pond as an example,the paper analyzes the necessity of implementing dry discharge process in tailings pond with fine clay wet discharge,and discusses the principle of dry discharge process,stockpile planning,operation mode,flood control safety after dry discharge,and the scheme of separating clean water and waste water.According to the good operation of the project after changing wet discharge into dry discharge,it is considered that the implementation of dry discharge process for tailings pond can improve the safety of tailings pond and reduce the risk of environmental pollution,and bring about significant economic,social and environmental benefits.
