摘要
本文主要介绍了一种基于FPGA和单片机的高精度数字频率计的设计与实现。51单片机实现计算功能,液晶屏完成数据显示,FPGA对被测信号计数并将测量结果发送给单片机。实现了频率范围为1Hz^10MHz、有效电压范围为50mV^1V的正弦波信号频率和周期的测量;以及频率范围在100Hz^1MHz、峰峰值电压范围50mV^1V的两路同频周期方波信号的时间间隔测量,时间间隔测量范围为0.1μs^10m s。
This paper introduces the design scheme of a miniaturized digital frequency meter based on C8051F020 single chip microcomputer and large-scale field programmable logic device FPGA.The single chip microcomputer is used to complete calculation and display functions.And FPGA is used to complete the count of measured signals and send the measurement results to the single chip microcomputer.The system can achieve the measurement of time interval of two channel square wave within the frequency range of 1 Hz^10MHz and voltage range of 50mV^1V.And the measured time interval range is between 0.1 us^10 ms.
