摘要
智能变电站变压器在线监测技术处于不断优化与完善的进程中,现阶段逐渐形成了不同监测方式相互竞争发展的局面,如快速气相色谱与近红外光谱等等。其中这些监测方式的原理与技术在不断进步的趋势下,大大提高了变压器运行的稳定性与可靠性。设计了以多路红外热成像和CCD图像为基础的双视在线监测智能预警系统,系统中利用了现下最为先进的压缩技术与网络传输技术,在很大程度上解决了多路红外热像和CCD图像的数字化实时传输、图像融合等相关问题。系统还支持输出和扩展视频,用户能够基于CCD图像进一步确定故障发生的具体位置,进而实现了通过鼠标点击红外图像任意位置,同时显示出其CCD图像加以测温的功能。
The on-line monitoring technology of transformer in intelligent substation has been in the process of optimization and perfection.At present,different monitoring methods are competing with each other,those are fast gas chromatography and near infrared spectroscopy and so on.The principles and technologies of these monitoring methods have greatly improved the stability and reliability of transformer operation under the trend of continuous progress.In this paper,an early warning system,dual-view on-line monitoring system,is designed based on multi-channel infrared thermal imaging and CCD image,and the most advanced compression technology and network transmission technology are used in the system.To a great extent,the digital real-time transmission of multi-channel infrared thermal images and CCD images,image fusion and other related problems have been solved.With the support of outputting and expanding video,the user can further determine the location of fault based on CCD image,and then the system realizes the function of using mouse click infrared image anywhere,and displays its CCD image to measure temperature at the same time.
