摘要 为在风洞试验中实现舰船模型实现模型纵摇、升沉与横摇3个方向上的简谐运动,设计了运动控制机械与电控方案,组建了硬件系统,开发了运动控制与监测软件,并将其作为共享软件公开。系统中纵摇升沉运动采用2个偏心轮机构实现,横摇运动则由伺服电机程控实现,采用2个位移和1个角度传感器实时监测整个系统的运动姿态,并额外引入触发信号来解决模型姿态和测量数据之间的同步问题。最后展开实际测试,验证了系统的运动性能,并针对测试中发现的两个问题,通过分析给出了具体的解决方法。 This paper aims to develop a motion control system for wind tunnel experiment,a full mechanical and electrical scheme is proposed to implement the pitch,heave and roll motions of ship models,the hardware system is assembled,and the software system is developed as a shareware to control the system and monitor its real-time motion.In the system,the pitch and heave motions are obtained through eccentric wheel mechanisms,the roll motion is controlled through a servo motor by the software,the software’s monitoring component employs three sensors to monitor the motions,and use an extra triggering signal to synchronize the motions and measured data of flow.Several tests are carried out to examine the whole system,the result is agreeable and reveals two problems,detailed schemes are proposed to solve the two problems.
