摘要
【目的】评估亚美马褂木在广西北部的生长表现.【方法】连续4 a对20个亚美马褂木无性系生长表现进行调查分析,对生长性状进行方差分析,估算各性状重复力、变异系数和性状间相关系数等遗传参数,最后以树高和胸径为选择指标,基于聚类分析结果选择优良无性系.【结果】亚美马褂木树龄4 a时,有5个无性系保存率大于对照(CK);无性系间树高、胸径和单株材积的差异均达到极显著水平(P<0.01);3个生长性状的无性系重复力均大于0.7,树高、胸径和单株材积的遗传变异系数分别为3.91%、5.35%、11.25%;树高、胸径和单株材积之间有极显著的相关关系(P<0.01);初选出LH16和LH18号2个优良亚美马褂木无性系,与对照(CK)相比,树高、胸径和单株材积遗传增益均值分别为11.99%、14.34%、32.19%.【结论】LH16和LH18号无性系在广西北部生长表现优良,可在后续马褂木造林中利用.
【Objective】To evaluate the growth performance of Liriodendron sino-americanum in northern Guangxi.【Method】The growth performance of 20 Liriodendron sino-americanum clones was investigated for 4 years.The variance analysis of different growth traits was conducted.The genetic parameters such as repeatability of growth traits,variation coefficient and correlation coefficients among growth traits were estimated.The superior clones were selected based on the cluster analysis.【Result】In 4 th year,the survival rates of 5 clones were higher than CK;there were extremely significant difference in height,DBH and individual volume among different clones(P<0.01);the repeatability of 3 growth traits were greater than 0.7,the genetic variation coefficients of height,DBH and individual volume were 3.91%,5.35%and 11.25%respectively;there was a significant correlation between height,DBH and individual volume(P<0.01);LH16 and LH18 were selected as superior clones.Compared with CK,the genetic gains of height,DBH and individual volume of superior clones were 11.99%,14.34%and 32.19%respectively.【Conclusion】The clones LH16 and LH18 showed excellent growth performance and could be extended for afforestation in northern Guangxi.
