摘要 换热管的腐蚀及其隐患往往是造成管壳式换热器发生事故的重要原因之一。文章对某450t/d合成氨装置中最终水冷器(H308)换热管选材进行分析与思考,消除部分设计者、使用者和制造者认为不锈钢是万能耐蚀材料的误解,为正确选用管壳式换热器换热管材料提供参考。 Corrosion of heat exchange tubes and its hidden dangers are often one of the important reasons for accidents in shell and tube heat exchangers.Thispaper analyzes and considers the selection of the heat exchange tube of final water cooler(H308)in a 450 MTPD ammonia plant,eliminating some misunderstandings that some designers,users and manufacturers believe that stainless steel is a universal corrosion resistant material.It provides reference for the correct material selection of heat exchange tube of shell and tube heat exchanger.
