基于ANSYS的输送机中部槽可靠性分析

摘要 为探究输送机中部槽的可靠性及寻找优化的可能。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对输送机中部槽进行静力分析,确定其静态强度满足要求;对其进行带预应力的模态分析发现其动态强度有优化的空间。为中部槽进行结构优化并重新进行静力分析和模态分析,发现其静态强度和动态强度均得到大幅提升。 To explore the reliability of the middle groove of the conveyor and to find the possibility of optimization,we carried out static analysis of the groove by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS.It was confirmed that the static strength of the groove met the requirements.Modal analysis with prestress showed that its dynamic strength had room for optimization.Structural optimization of the middle groove was carried out,and then static analysis and modal analysis were performed once more.The results showed that both its static strength and dynamic strength were greatly improved.
