摘要
针对射流曝气机的吸气性能受多种因素影响且这些因素之间又相互作用的实际情况,以交互正交试验为指导,采用数值模拟的方法对射流曝气机的吸气性能进行了研究。考察了面积比、喉嘴距、喉管长径比、喉管收缩角、吸入角等因素及其交互作用对射流曝气机吸气性能的影响。通过极差分析和方差分析研究了各因素及其交互作用对吸气性能影响的主次顺序和显著性。结果表明,影响射流曝气机吸气性能的因素中,面积比对射流曝气机吸气性能影响程度最大,吸入角对射流曝气机吸气性能影响程度最小。面积比,喉嘴距,喉管长径比以及面积比与喉管长径比的交互作用对射流曝气机吸气性能影响高度显著(置信度P=99%)。研究结果可为新型射流曝气机的设计提供理论和实际参考。
In view of the fact that the sorption property of the jet aerator is affected by many factors and the interaction between these factors,we used the method of numerical simulation to study the sorption performance of the jet aerator based on interactive orthogonal design.The effects of area ratio,throat-nozzle distance,throat aspect ratio,throat shrinkage angle,suction angle and their interactions on the aeration performance of the jet aerator were investigated.The main order and significance of the influence of the various factors and their interactions on the sorption property were studied by range analysis and variance analysis.The results showed that,among these factors,the area ratio had the greatest influence on the sorption property of the jet aerator,and the suction angle had the least influence.The area ratio,throat-nozzle distance,throat aspect ratio,and the interaction between area ratio and throat aspect ratio had significant effects on the aeration performance of the jet aerator(confidence P=99%).The research results can provide theoretical and practical reference for the design of new-type jet aerator.
